Hi, I’m Chelsea, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. Let’s heal from past wounds, and step into hope and freedom together. My work is grounded in a deep love for Christ and a genuine love for people. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—and I consider it a privilege to create that space for others.
I specialize in helping individuals move through trauma, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful lives. My approach is integrative and client-centered. I’m also deeply passionate about communication, community, and creating space for growth. Outside of my work, I find peace in nature—especially near the water—which reflects the calm, grounding presence I aim to bring into every session.
